Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 6 nights and were delighted with our choice. This hotel is well and truly a 5 star experience. The staff were great thank you to Jose who we checked in with and made us feel comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily providing fresh clean towels everyday too. The room had fabulous air conditioning and a fan. The location of the hotel is perfect just off the main street and a 15 minute walk to cenote calavera. Overall this hotel is great value and I would definitely recommend checking it out if you're planning on staying in Tulum

The noise wasn't that bad. The road noise audible during daylight, Saturday night was a little noisy because someone was celebrating their birthday but other than that, can't really complain. Staff friendly and helpful, fixed my plugged shower head right away. Restaurant looks good, room clean, small refrigerator, no odor or bed bugs (others made me congested, molds smells, and/or bed bugs), convenient large grocery store, bus, ADO and Collevtivo, and bicycle rental nearby. Less than one hour walking or short bike ride, to Tulum Ruins and Beach. Not bad for the price.

This is a well-run, modest, clean and reasonably-priced small hotel not far from the main street of Tulum. My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here overall. Though one needs a taxi to get to the beach, its only about a ten to fifteen minute walk into the heart of the town. You might find automobile and truck noise an issue at night, and the view is nothing to write home about, but the hotel staff is friendly, attentive and when one night there was some noise from a group of teens an apology and one-night refund followed, and the offending party asked to leave.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Some people have complained about road noise but my room was right at the back and it was totally fine. The pool area was nice for relaxing with comfy chairs. A little away from the main tourist centre (only 10 mins walk) but there's a supermarket, bank etc nearby and there was a small fridge in the room. The breakfast was very good- scrambled eggs with chaya and cheese was fantastic.

A lovely, comfortable hotel with free parking. Mario and his team are very welcoming and accommodating. Very comfortable, firm mattress. Mario kindly offered me a vegan breakfast every day.
